Hi, I'm Doug Stuke, Founder and principle consultant at Transform Performance Partners.

I have spent over half my life on this planet working with individuals, teams and organizations striving to reach their full potential, often facing unprecedented change.  In 2020  I stepped out of Corporate America to focus on my passion: I help leaders navigate change in their careers, teams and organizations.  Grounded in over two decades of IPO, high tech, and Fortune 50 experiences, amplified by a lifelong commitment to mastering the science of change,  I stand ready to partner with you and (as the business name implies) transform potential into performance.

• 2019 MBA, Corporate Innovation, Post University. Expertise in how to build, sustain and harvest value

• GE Capital: 10 Years action packed experience leading Work Out and HR change initiatives

• Aetna: Learning leadership roles including an 18 month journey leading Culture, Diversity & Inclusion efforts

• Integris Semiconductor: Created and led 1st Corporate University with leadership and  scientific curricula 

• USCO Logistics/Kuehne & Nagel:  Created performance & learning solutions in fast paced IPO environment 

• The Hartford: Developed Sales & Service workforce that fueled market growth from #5 to #2 in the marketplace

• Siemon Company: Established all aspects of HR as 1st HR leader in a 100 year old blue-collar manufacturing firm
